Q: What is the process for a new patient? A: To check eligibility & copayment as well as schedule an appointment, please call our office at 808-531-2266. Your first appointment will take around 30 minutes. Upon arriving at our office, we will ask you to fill out a simple one page form. Please have your insurance member ID number. For payments we accept both cash and debit/credit. We will schedule you for a one-week follow up appointment which takes about 15 minutes.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins? A: No. You need an appointment. Please call our office at 808-531-2266 to schedule.

Q: How long does the appointment take? A: Your first initial appointment takes around 30 minutes. Follow up(s) are around 15 minutes.

Q: Will the doctor adjust me during the first visit? A: Yes. After talking with you and getting more information about your body, he will usually adjust you during the first visit.

Q: Will I need to come every week? A: We will never ask you to sign a treatment contract or push you to come in more than necessary. We ask you to come for a one-week follow up after your first appointment. After that you decide when to come in. Listen to your body, it’ll tell you when to call us.

Q: Is chiropractic safe for pregnant women? A: Yes, chiropractic is safe and effective for expecting mothers! It can help with back pain, hip pain, as well as much more!

Q: Where do I park? A: There is free public parking in the building however if all the spaces are taken, there is metered parking along the street on A’ala.

Q: Do you take x-rays? A: No, we do not do x-rays in our office. Unless you have been in an accident or have reason to believe something is broken, we will not refer you for x-rays.

Q: Can my kids get adjusted? A: Yes! Chiropractic is safe and effective for ALL ages!
