We participate with most major insurances and offer a low out of pocket rate as well as discounted specials for those who are not covered. We do not accept walk-in patients so be sure to call our office at (808)-531-2266 to check your eligibility, copayment, and schedule an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you be considerate of other patients and let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. We understand that emergencies do happen, but please call us as soon as possible as there are often others on a wait list.
